Lunch by Vietnam Vet

I was on a 4th of July church motorcycle ride, we stopped for lunch, (I was wearing my 11th ACR ball cap, me and my two brothers were in Fulda, 74-76) The waitress said one elderly man bought my lunch because th 11th ACR (I think in Vietnam) saved hi life. Thank You, Vets.

Not sure where i belong..

I arrived at Bad Hersfeld in March of 82, went to one Graf and then was sent to RS-3 in Fulda. I served in 3rd Plt, L trp, 3/11. I finished up my time with the 11th in Regt. HHT. I just cannot remember many names but could remember your face if i saw you on the street. I guess i have been thrown from a horse 1 time too many. If any of you served with me during that time please let me know. Thank you.
