Tell us a little about yourself:
After leaving the Army, he joined the Walt Disney Company prior to the opening of Walt Disney World. He served as Manager of Tomorrowland, Project Manager of Disney’s third property, the Golf Resort Hotel (now Shades of Green) and subsequently, the opening General Manager. His last assignment with the Walt Disney Company was Director (Operations) at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.
The Palmer Company was incorporated in 1980. It serves primarily as the project manager for large complex assignments. The company performed as Project Manager for the U.S. Navy’s $84,000,000 immersive training facility Battle Stations 21 (Phase 1) integrating theme park attraction and illusion technology with specific Navy training objectives. The trainer opened at Great Lakes Recruit Training Center in June, 2007.

At the request of H. Ross Perot, Mr. Palmer served as the Executive Director of Welcome Home: A Tribute to Vietnam Veterans.

In 2008, with certification as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, the company name was changed to Blackhorse Worldwide. We provide employment opportunities to wounded warriors who serve as project managers on a wide range of assignments.
