Border Belle certificate for my Mom - June 1981

1981 Border Belle Certificate for my Mom.  My mom and I have kept this sacred Border Certificate that she was awarded in June 1981, when she visited me as a 2LT in Fulda. Of special significance is that the Blackhorse RCO, then-Colonel John Sherman Crow, signed the certificate. Allons.
